RETURNS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We don't accept returns or refunds on books and magazines unless it is due to a damaged shipment.
UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
If at checkout you input or make a mistake with your shipping address, we are unable to refund or reimburse your order.
HOW CAN I BE FEATURED IN THE MAGAZINE?
Trailblazher readers are an incredible group of women! We post numerous calls for participation throughout the year on our social media. Be sure to sign up for our Trailblazher Hub Newsletter. Open calls for submissions are posted here.
WHERE DOES TRAILBLAZHER MAGAZINE SHIP TO?
Trailblazher ships to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
HOW CAN I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
At checkout please choose to create an account. Your login will be the email you use at checkout and your password will be what you choose. Once you have created an account you can manage your subscription within there.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT’S TIME TO RENEW?
We’ll be in touch with you via email before your last issue arrives. You will also receive a postcard with your last issue. If you’ve received your subscription as a gift, your subscription will not auto-renew, so you will have to purchase a new subscription in the shop.
SUBSCRIPTION VS GIFT SUBSCRIPTION
A regular magazine subscription auto-renews and a gift subscription does not renew.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
There are no cancellations or refunds on subscriptions while there are active issues to be fulfilled. You can however cancel the auto-renewal to prevent another subscription term from starting. Should you find that Trailblazher is not for you, we can transfer the remaining issues of your subscription to your friend or colleague or donate the remaining issues to a reader in need. Contact connect@trailblazhermagazine.com if this is the case.
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE? HOW WILL MY RECIPIENT KNOW THAT SOMETHING IS ON ITS WAY?
We cannot include gift notes or personal messages to your recipient. Perhaps you can send them an email or note in the mail to let them know something is on the way.

Where do I find the free online group?
Our free online community is on Facebook...you can join right here.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime! Sign into your account and cancel your subscription to the membership.
How long do i have access to the content?
You will have access as long as you are a subscribed member. If you cancel your membership, you will have access to the end of the last month paid. For example if you paid for September but decide September 20th you no longer want to be a part of the membership, you will have access until the last day of September.
