New orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. At this time, we do not offer tracking. Orders within Canada and the US generally take 5-8 business days.
RETURNS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We don't accept returns or refunds on books and magazines unless it is due to a damaged shipment.
UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
If at checkout you input or make a mistake with your shipping address, we are unable to refund or reimburse your order. If the Magazine Issue is returned to us, we can re-ship to you at your expense.
